Instructions

1Dissolve yeast + sugar in warm milk, activate for 10 minutes.

2Knead flour, salt, yogurt, egg, and yeast milk into soft dough.

3Let rise covered for 60 minutes until doubled.

4Melt cannabis butter + regular butter + garlic + cilantro in small pan at 122°F (50°C) — do not boil.

5Divide dough into 8 portions, roll oval (about 1/8 inch / 3 mm).

6Heat cast iron skillet or pan to maximum heat. Bake naan dry for 2 minutes until bubbles form.

7Flip, cook another 1–2 minutes.

8Remove from pan immediately: brush on cannabis-garlic butter.
