  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Sake or dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Cannabis olive oil
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 clove 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Grated ginger

Instructions

    Place soy, mirin, sake, and sugar in a pot. Finely grate garlic and ginger, add to pot.

    Heat over medium heat while stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbsp cold water, stir in.

    Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.

    Remove from heat and let cool until lukewarm.

    Stir in cannabis olive oil and sesame oil — NEVER add to boiling hot sauce!

    Store in glass jar in cool place. Keeps 2 weeks.
