Instructions
-
1Measure baby spinach (2–3 oz / 60–80 g). Break banana into pieces (preferably frozen for creamier consistency). Roughly dice cucumber.
-
2Add spinach and cucumber to blender first. Pour in 7 fl oz (200 ml) coconut water or water — putting greens in first gives better blending properties.
-
3Add banana, apple (cored, skin on), lime juice, and optional matcha powder. Blend on highest setting for 60 seconds.
-
4Add cannabis hemp oil or cannabis coconut oil. Blend for another 20 seconds until homogeneously emulsified. Check consistency: too thick → add more coconut water, too thin → add more frozen banana.
-
5Pour immediately into chilled glasses and drink. Nutritional value decreases quickly after blending due to oxidation. Cannabis oil takes effect after 45–90 minutes.
Pro Tips
- Frozen banana for creaminess.
