  • 30 g 1.1 oz Parmesan, grated

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Reserve 80 ml (⅓ cup) of pasta water, then drain.

    Warm the regular olive oil in a large pan over low heat. Brown the garlic slices – don't let them burn.

    Toast the chili flakes briefly, then add the pasta water and bring to a boil.

    Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and toss.

    Remove pan from heat! Stir in the cannabis oil, parsley, and Parmesan.
