Instructions

1Warm fruit juice and cannabis oil in a small pot over low heat (do not exceed 70°C / 158°F).

2Stir in lecithin (helps distribute cannabis oil evenly).

3Stir gelatin into the warm liquid and let bloom for 5 minutes.

4Dissolve under constant stirring over low heat until no lumps remain. Do not boil!

5Stir in honey. Remove mixture from heat.

6Immediately pour into silicone molds (gummy bears, hearts, etc.).

7Let set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

8Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
