Instructions

    Decarboxylize cannabis in oven at 110°C (230°F) for 40 minutes. Let cool.

    Warm coconut oil in a slow cooker or double boiler to 60–70°C (140–158°F).

    Stir in cannabis and optional lecithin.

    Infuse at 60–70°C (140–158°F) for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Never exceed 80°C (176°F)!

    Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into a clean glass jar.

    Let cool completely, then store sealed in refrigerator (keeps up to 3 months) or freezer.
