10 g 0.4 oz black truffle slices (or truffle paste)

Instructions

1Heat olive oil in a wide pot. Sauté shallot and garlic until translucent.

2Add Arborio rice and toast for 2 minutes until the grains look translucent.

3Deglaze with white wine and stir until completely absorbed.

4Add broth one ladle at a time — only add the next ladle once the previous one is absorbed. Stir for about 18–20 minutes.

5Remove pot from heat. Stir in cannabis butter and Parmesan until the risotto is creamy.

6Fold in truffle slices or stir in truffle paste. Serve immediately with black pepper.
