200 ml 13.5 tbsp Dry red wine

Instructions

1Soak porcini mushrooms for 30 min. in warm water. Reserve the soaking liquid.

2Melt cannabis butter in a large pot. Sauté onions and meat cubes for 8 min.

3Add sausage, garlic, and spices. Sauté for 3 min.

4Pour in red wine. Simmer for 5 min.

5Add sauerkraut, white cabbage, tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, and mushroom soaking liquid.

6Add bay leaves and allspice berries. Bring to a boil.

7Simmer on low heat for 75 min. Stir frequently.

8Season with marjoram and salt. Serve with bread or potatoes.
