Instructions

1Cut beef into large cubes, salt. Sear in batches over high heat in 2 tbsp cannabis oil.

2Sauté bacon, onions, and carrots. Stir in tomato paste and roast briefly.

3Add wine and broth. Add herb bouquet. Add meat.

4Braise in oven at 320°F (160°C) for 2.5-3 hours until meat is very tender.

5Separately sauté mushrooms in butter. Add to braise in last 20 minutes.

6Stir in remaining 2 tbsp cannabis oil. Serve with mashed potatoes or baguette.
