Instructions

1Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinate with garam masala, turmeric, and salt (30 min).

2Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion until translucent, add garlic and ginger.

3Brown chicken until golden, remove.

4Add tomatoes to the same pot, simmer 10 minutes to reduce.

5Purée everything, stir in cream, return chicken to sauce.

6Simmer on low heat 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
