Instructions

  1. 1
Remove silverskin from the back of the ribs (slide knife under the membrane, then pull off with paper towels).
  2. 2
Mix dry spices (brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne) and rub ribs on all sides.
  3. 3
Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 300°F (150°C) for 2.5 hours.
  4. 4
Melt cannabis butter. Mix with BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar to make glaze.
  5. 5
Remove ribs from foil. Preheat grill or oven broiler to 425°F (220°C).
  6. 6
Generously brush ribs with cannabis BBQ glaze. Grill 5 minutes per side until glaze caramelizes.
  7. 7
Brush again, cook for another 2 minutes. Serve with remaining glaze as a dip.

Pro Tips

  • Removing the silverskin is not optional — it prevents spices from penetrating the meat. Apply cannabis glaze only in the last 10 minutes so the sugar doesn't burn.
