Instructions

    Chips: Peel potatoes, cut into thick sticks, soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

    First fry: 300°F (150°C), 6 minutes — soft but not brown. Cool on rack.

    Beer batter: Mix flour + baking powder + salt, stir in ice-cold beer until smooth batter. Don't overmix.

    Cannabis-Tartar Sauce: Stir together mayo, capers, pickles, dill, lemon juice and Cannabis-ZenOil cold.

    Heat oil to 365°F (185°C). Second chip fry: 3–4 minutes golden brown. Salt immediately.
