Instructions
-
1Cut pork neck into thin strips (about 5mm) — against the grain.
-
2Melt cannabis butter. Mix with gyros seasoning, paprika, garlic (minced), olive oil, and oregano.
-
3Coat meat strips in the marinade. Marinate at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
-
4Heat pan or grill to high heat. Sear meat in portions (don't stack!) for 3–4 minutes until crispy.
-
5Warm pita bread briefly. Slice tomatoes and onion into rings.
-
6Arrange gyros on pita, drizzle with tzatziki, add vegetables. Serve immediately.
Pro Tips
- Thin slices = crispier. Briefly freeze a knife to make slicing easier.
- Use cannabis butter only in the marinade — not for searing (too high heat!). Use regular oil for searing.
- No pork? Works equally well with chicken breast.
