Instructions

  1. 1
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pot. Sauté garlic slices over low heat for 5 minutes until golden — don't burn!
  2. 2
Add bread cubes. Toast under stirring for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. 3
Stir in paprika and cumin. Toast for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4
Pour in broth. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes — bread absorbs liquid and thickens the soup.
  5. 5
Stir in cannabis-infused olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6
For poached eggs in soup: Crack eggs directly into hot soup. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
  7. 7
Or: Bake in oven at 350°F (180°C) with eggs for 5 minutes.
  8. 8
Serve with ham and parsley. Eat immediately!

Pro Tips

  • Never burn the garlic — it becomes bitter. Golden yellow is perfect.
  • Add cannabis-infused olive oil at the end — don't boil it.
  • Stale bread is essential — fresh bread becomes mushy.
