Instructions

1Blanch whole cabbage head in salted water for 5 minutes. Peel off leaves individually.

2Soak roll, squeeze out. Dice onions. Mix ground meat, egg, roll, onions, salt, pepper, and marjoram.

3Place filling on cabbage leaves, roll up, and secure with kitchen twine.

4Heat cannabutter in a baking dish. Brown rolls on all sides, briefly toast tomato paste with them.

5Add broth and braise at 320°F (160°C) for 60-75 minutes. Remove rolls.

6Refine sauce with sour cream, season to taste. Return rolls to pan and serve.
