Instructions

1Brown lamb in cannabis-infused olive oil over medium heat on all sides. Remove.

2Sauté onions in the same pot until translucent. Toast garlic, ras el hanout, cumin, and cinnamon for 1 minute.

3Add tomatoes, broth, and apricots. Return lamb to pot.

4Braise for 90 minutes at 160°C (320°F) in the oven (or 60 minutes on the stovetop, medium-low heat).
