Instructions

  1. 1
Scrub mussels under cold water, discard any damaged. Pat shrimp and squid dry.
  2. 2
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté garlic and peperoncino over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  3. 3
Halve cherry tomatoes, add to pan, and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. 4
Add mussels, pour in white wine. Cover and steam over high heat for 3–4 minutes until mussels open. Discard any that don't open.
  5. 5
Add shrimp and squid, cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp are pink and squid is white.
  6. 6
Cook linguine al dente, reserve 1 cup pasta water. Add pasta directly to the pan.
  7. 7
Toss everything with pasta water until a creamy emulsion forms.
  8. 8
Remove from heat. Sprinkle parsley. Drizzle Cannabis-Olive Oil cold in a generous stream over all portions.

Pro Tips

  • Never add Parmesan to seafood pasta — an iron rule of Italian cooking.
  • Don't overcook seafood: shrimp are done when they curl, squid becomes rubbery if overcooked.
  • Cannabis-Olive Oil and seafood-olive oil pasta go perfectly together — the flavor is barely noticeable.
  • For simplicity: just shrimp and frozen seafood mix work fine too.
