Instructions

    Salt eggplant slices, let weep for 20 minutes, pat dry, and fry golden brown in oil.

    Simmer chicken thighs with onions, baharat, cinnamon, and bay leaf in broth for 30 minutes. Remove chicken, reserve broth.

    Grease pot well (10-inch / 26 cm). Layer tomato slices on the bottom.

    Layer eggplant on top, then cauliflower, then chicken.

    Spread raw rice evenly and tap down.

    Pour hot broth until rice is covered by about ¾ inch (2 cm). Place cannabis butter cubes on top.
