Instructions

1Pasta dough: knead flour, eggs, salt, and 2 tbsp water until smooth. Let rest 30 minutes.

2Soak rolls in water, squeeze out. Dice onions, sauté in 0.35 oz (10 g) cannabis butter.

3Brown ground meat. Mix in spinach, rolls, parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Let cool.

4Roll dough thin (2 mm). Lay filling in rows, fold dough over filling, press, cut maultaschen.
