Instructions

  1. 1
Crush biscuits to fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin in a sealed bag.
  2. 2
Combine biscuit crumbs, Milo powder, desiccated coconut and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. 3
Add softened cannabutter and sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until a firm, sticky dough forms. Adjust: too wet — add more Milo; too dry — add a splash of condensed milk.
  4. 4
Refrigerate the mixture 20 minutes — it firms up significantly.
  5. 5
Pour extra Milo into one shallow bowl and desiccated coconut into another. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, then coat each in either Milo or coconut.
  6. 6
Place on a lined tray and refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm before serving.

Pro Tips

  • Keep in the fridge — they soften at room temperature. They also freeze well for up to one month.
  • This makes 20 balls. Do not eat more than 1–2 at a time.
  • The condensed milk and biscuit base make onset feel slower than it is. Stay patient.
  • Store in a clearly labelled airtight tin, separate from any non-infused batch.
