Instructions

    Caramelize sugar and water without stirring until golden brown, about 340°F (170°C).

    Remove from heat. Stir in warm cream—careful, it will bubble vigorously!

    Pour into 6x6 inch (15x15cm) parchment-lined pan, smooth surface.
