2 tbsp 2 tbsp Regular soy sauce

2 tbsp 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

3 piece 3 piece Green onions (sliced into rings)

50 g 1.8 oz Kerupuk/prawn crackers (for serving)

1 piece 1 piece Cucumber (in slices, as a side)

Instructions

1Heat wok on high. Add vegetable oil. Fry shallots + garlic for 2 minutes.

2Add chicken or shrimp. Fry for 3 minutes until cooked.

3Add rice to the wok. Stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

4Stir in kecap manis + soy sauce + sambal. Mix rice thoroughly.

5Push to one side. Scramble eggs on the other side.

6Mix everything together. Stir in cannabis sesame oil at the end — turn off heat!

7Heap onto a plate. Serve with a fried egg on top (fry an extra egg separately).

8Surround with green onions, sesame seeds, prawn crackers, and cucumber. Eat immediately!
