Instructions

1Soak rice noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

2Cut tofu into cubes and pan-fry in a hot skillet without oil until golden brown, remove.

3Add cannabis sesame oil to wok over medium heat (max 160°C / 320°F).

4Add eggs, stir gently until scrambled.

5Add noodles and tofu, stir in tamarind paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar.

6Toss everything over high heat for 3 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
