Instructions

    Heat the upper fatty part of the coconut milk can in a wok until it separates.

    Stir in panang paste, roast for 3 minutes over medium heat until fragrant.

    Add coconut milk, coconut cream, and peanut butter.

    Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until meat is tender.
