Instructions

  1. 1
Cook noodles according to package directions (slightly al dente). Drain and toss with a bit of oil so they don't stick.
  2. 2
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch into a sauce. Keep cannabis sesame oil separate.
  3. 3
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add neutral oil until it just starts to smoke.
  4. 4
Stir-fry garlic, celery, and onion for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. 5
Add cabbage, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6
Add noodles to the wok, toss everything together. Pour sauce over and toss well.
  7. 7
Turn off heat. Drizzle cannabis sesame oil over and mix in.
  8. 8
Serve immediately — Chow Mein loses texture quickly when sitting.

Pro Tips

  • Add cannabis sesame oil at the end (after turning off heat) — sesame oil burns at high heat and loses aroma. The high amount of celery is typical for Panda Express.
