Instructions

1Cook pasta in generously salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water.

2Cut guanciale into cubes and fry in a pan until crispy. Remove pan from heat.

3Whisk eggs, egg yolk, grated cheese, and pepper together in a bowl.

4Add hot drained pasta to the guanciale. Mix in cannabis butter.

5Remove pan from heat. Add egg-cheese mixture. Add pasta water by the spoonful until sauce is creamy.

6Serve immediately. Garnish with more cheese and pepper.
