Instructions

1Soak chilis for 10 minutes in hot water. Purée with garlic and some soaking water.

2Heat cannabutter in a large pot. Sear pork at high heat.

3Remove pork. Sauté chili purée in the same pot for 3 minutes until deep and fragrant.

4Return pork. Add broth, bay leaves, cumin, and oregano.

5Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 90 minutes until meat falls apart.

6Remove meat. Shred (pulled). Return to soup.
