1Melt cannabutter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Sauté bell pepper strips and diced onion for 3-4 minutes until soft.

4Place tortilla in skillet. Sprinkle one half with cheddar, mozzarella, pepper-onion mix, cumin, and chili flakes.
