100 g 3.5 oz Bamboo shoots (canned)

Instructions

1Boil eggs for 7 minutes (soft-boiled). Shock in ice water, then peel.

2Heat broth in pot. Stir in soy sauce, miso, and sesame oil.

3Just before serving, stir ZenButter into the hot (but not boiling!) broth — at max 158°F (70°C).

4Cook ramen noodles separately according to package directions, then drain.

5Distribute noodles into deep bowls. Pour broth over noodles.
