Instructions

1Remove steak from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

2Heat cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Add oil.

3Sear steak 2-3 minutes per side. Do not move.

4Add rosemary sprigs, thyme, and crushed garlic. Add cannabis herb butter to the pan.

5Baste steak with melting cannabis butter for 1-2 minutes.

6Rest steak for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining cannabis butter.
