Instructions

    Make indentations in the sauce. Slide eggs directly into the indentations.

    Cover and poach on low heat for 6-8 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

    Remove from heat. Add feta cheese, cilantro, and the remaining 3 tbsp cannabis olive oil cold on top.
