4 Blaetter 4 Blaetter Nori seaweed

1 pc 1 pc Cucumber in strips

200 g 7.1 oz Smoked salmon or tuna

2 tbsp 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

1Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear, soak 30 minutes in cold water.

2Bring rice and water to boil, simmer covered at lowest heat for 15 minutes.

3Let rest covered for 5 minutes.

4Warm rice vinegar, cannabis oil, sugar, and salt in small pot (do not boil).

5Fold vinaigrette evenly into warm rice — do not stir, fold!

6Place nori sheet on bamboo mat, spread thin layer of rice.

7Add fillings, roll tightly, cut into 8 pieces.
