Instructions

1Cut lamb into large cubes and salt. Sear all sides in 2 tbsp (30ml) cannabis-oil until browned.

2Sauté onions and garlic. Add ras el hanout and saffron, toast briefly.

3Add tomatoes, 200ml (6.8 oz) water, lemons (peel cut into strips), and lamb.

4Cover and braise on low heat for 90 minutes until lamb is very tender.

5Add olives in the last 15 minutes. Stir in remaining 2 tbsp (30ml) cannabis-oil.

6Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with couscous or flatbread.
