Instructions

    Soak corn husks 30 minutes in hot water.

    Cut chiles, remove seeds, soak 5 minutes in hot water.

    Blend chiles with tomatoes, garlic, and cumin. Cook in pan with a little oil 10 minutes.

    Stir chicken into sauce — this is the filling.

    Masa: Whip lard and Cannabis Lard until creamy. Add masa harina, baking powder, and salt.

    Gradually stir in warm broth until soft, moldable dough forms — not too dry.

    Stand upright in steamer (opening up), steam 75 minutes.
