Instructions

1Wash goose inside and out, pat dry. Rub inside with salt and fresh savory.

2Roughly chop oranges, apples, onions. Mix with marjoram, stuff into goose.

3Slide cannabutter under the skin (gently loosen skin with fingers). Rub outside with salt.

4Place breast-side down on rack in roasting pan. Add 1 quart (1 liter) water to pan. Roast at 320°F (160°C) for 2 hours.

5Turn over, add more beer or water. Roast another 2 hours.

6For crispy skin: increase to 428°F (220°C) for final 30 minutes. Make gravy from pan drippings.
