Instructions

1Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic for 4 minutes until translucent.

2Add zucchini and sauté briefly, 3 minutes.

3Add vegetable broth. Bring to boil, simmer gently for 15 minutes until soft.

4Stir in cream. Blend with an immersion blender until velvety smooth.

5Stir in basil leaves, blend briefly again.
