1Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C) with top and bottom heat.

2Peel pears, remove cores, and cut into pieces. Sauté in a pan with vanilla extract and lemon juice for 5 minutes.

3Knead flour, protein powder, erythritol, salt, ZenButter, and quark into a crumbly streusel dough.
