Instructions

1Roast raw cashews at 160°C (320°F) for 10 minutes in the oven until golden and fragrant. Let cool.

2Place warm cashews in a food processor and blend for 10 minutes — starting coarse, then creamy.

3Pause regularly and scrape down the sides. Patience: after 5 minutes it becomes creamy.

4Add cannabis-infused coconut oil (room temperature), salt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.

5Blend for another 3–5 minutes until the butter is silky smooth.

6Transfer to a sterilized glass jar (300 ml / 10 oz).
