1Fry corn tortillas in oil until golden brown on both sides (60-90 seconds each) — or bake crispy in the oven at 200°C (400°F). Drain on paper towels.

3Add taco seasoning mix and 4 tbsp water. Simmer for 3 minutes until liquid is reduced.
