Instructions

1Bring coconut water to a boil, steep tea bag for 5 minutes, then remove.

2Stir in cherry juice, honey, and salt, bring to a boil again briefly.

3Reduce heat, sprinkle gelatin while stirring constantly, stir for 3 minutes until completely dissolved.

4Remove from heat, let cool slightly (under 60°F/15°C), then stir in tincture.

5Fill silicone molds using a piping bag or squeeze bottle.

6Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container.
