  • 250 g 8.8 oz Ground pork
  • 200 g 7.1 oz Napa cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Cannabis sesame oil
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cm 1 cm Ginger
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Sesame oil (regular)

Instructions

    Salt napa cabbage, wait 10 min, squeeze out liquid. Mix with ground meat, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil.

    Place 1 tsp filling in center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges, fold, and pleat.

    Heat oil in pan. Brown gyoza flat-side down, 2 min until golden.

    Pour in water (3 tbsp), immediately cover. Steam for 5 min.

    Remove lid, let remaining water evaporate. Drizzle cannabis sesame oil on top.
