  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Line pan with parchment paper (double overlapping), grease the parchment.

    Place sugar in center of pot, pour glucose syrup over it, add water around edges. Attach candy thermometer.

    Cook over medium heat without stirring until caramel-colored and reaches 160°F (71°C).

    Separately: warm cream, stir in cannabutter, vanilla, and salt.

    Slowly pour warm cream mixture into caramel — it bubbles vigorously. Cook to 115°F (46°C) without stirring.

    Pour into pan, cool for 4 hours. Cut into strips and squares, wrap each piece individually in parchment paper.
