1Prepare and measure all ingredients: 10 rectangular wafer sheets (thin, each 4×2 in / 10×5 cm), Milk cream: 80 g (2.8 oz) Mascarpone, 3 tbsp Cannabis Butter (soft), 30 g (1.1 oz) powdered sugar, 1 tsp milk powder; Caramel layer: 80 g (2.8 oz) sugar, 40 ml (1.4 oz) heavy cream, 20 g (0.7 oz) butter; Hazelnut spread: 80 g (2.8 oz) hazelnut spread (nut-nougat style). Bring cannabis infusion to room temperature.
