  • 200 g 7.1 oz Almonds (roasted)
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Pistachios
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Heat honey and sugar in pot to 143°C (289°F) (hard crack stage).

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly stir hot honey-sugar mixture in while mixer is running.

    Continue mixing for 10 more minutes until mixture is firm and shiny.

    Work in cold cannabis butter.

    Fold in almonds, pistachios, and vanilla.

    Pour onto wafer sheet, press second wafer on top.

    Press in mold. Let cool for 2 hours.
