Ingredients

• 300 g 10.6 oz Ripe camembert (room temperature)
• 100 g 3.5 oz Cream cheese or double cream cheese
• 30 g 1.1 oz Cannabis butter (soft, room temperature)
• 1 piece 1 piece Small onion (minced very fine)
• 1 tsp 1 tsp Caraway (ground)
• 1 tsp 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
• 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Paprika powder (hot)
• 50 ml 3.4 tbsp Wheat beer (or lager)
• 1 tsp 1 tsp Salt
• 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp Black pepper
• 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Chives (chopped, for garnish)
• 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Paprika powder (for garnish)

Instructions

   Remove camembert rind or leave it on (to taste). Break up roughly with a fork.

   Add cream cheese and cannabis butter. Stir everything until creamy — use a fork, not a mixer.

   Stir in onion, caraway, and both paprika powders.

   Work in beer a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency — should be spreadable, not runny.
