Instructions

1Cook rice according to package directions. While hot: stir in cannabutter and salt until dissolved.

2Cool until warm to touch (around 104°F/40°C) — important, or you'll burn yourself.

3Wet your hands. Sprinkle a little salt on your palms.

4Take a portion of rice. Form a small well. Add filling (tuna, ume, or salmon).

5Form rice firmly into a ball or triangle. Press hard.

6Wrap nori sheet around the bottom. Brush rice with sesame oil.

7Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap.
