300 g 10.6 oz Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

1Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

2Heat cream with sugar and scraped vanilla bean (do not boil).

3Stir in cannabis oil, whisk well.

4Squeeze out gelatin and dissolve in hot cream. Let cool.

5Pour into ramekins or glasses. Chill for at least 3 hours.

6Mix berries with powdered sugar and lemon juice, briefly puree.
