  • 80 g 2.8 oz Sugar

  • 300 g 10.6 oz Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

    Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

    Heat cream with sugar and scraped vanilla bean (do not boil).

    Stir in cannabis oil, whisk well.

    Squeeze out gelatin and dissolve in hot cream. Let cool.
