  • 30 g 1.1 oz Beni-shoga (pickled red ginger)
  • 50 g 1.8 oz Tempura flakes (tenkasu)
  • 4 tbsp 4 tbsp Takoyaki sauce (or okonomiyaki sauce)
  • 4 tbsp 4 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Aonori
  • 15 g 0.5 oz Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

Instructions

    Batter: Stir flour, eggs, dashi, and soy sauce into a smooth batter.

    Heat cannabis butter in a takoyaki pan (or aebleskiver pan).
