1Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Grease and flour a springform pan (10.5 inches / 26cm).

2Beat cannabutter with sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes until creamy.

3Stir in eggs one at a time. Alternately fold in flour, baking powder, and milk.

4Peel, quarter, and core apples. Slice them. Mix with cinnamon and lemon juice.
