Instructions

1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan (9 × 5 in.) and line with parchment paper.

2Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork until roughly broken up.

3Stir in cannabis butter (slightly cooled), sugar, egg, and vanilla.

4Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon over the banana mixture and fold in gently — do not overmix.

5Fold in walnuts. Pour batter into pan.
